• At Fitbit he was employee 2 in the newly formed Boston office. He built the engineering team and the led the development of teh first version of the eCommerce platform. The work included:
  • Hiring a team, including developing a hiring framework some Fitbit Engineering teams used as the company grew.
  • Establishing an lightweight Scrum process for planning.
  • Leading the team to use good technical practices
  • Building out key elements of the transaction processing (payment, shipping) code
